Martin's Roast A Pig offers BBQ Chicken a family and friend's favorite for many years.

John Stoltzfus has developed a slow cook process that makes amazing Chicken, Slow Grilled and Smoked for 2 hours.  He also applies Miriam's amazing sauce that elevates the flavor.

A 40-pound case feeds approximately 30 people.

Dry Rub Only $25/per pound

40 lb. Case Price Cooked on site $262 (includes charcoal, sauce, and seasoning)

*add $2.50 per. mile round trip for cooking on site.
