A Preferred Labeled "HenZauce" brand of Hot Sauce and Glaze, a blend of Hot and Sweet, manufactured in Lebanon Pa by Stump Henry, LLC.

With 2 options to choose from, "Sweet Habanero" and "Mohotte Ghost".

Habaner, our favorite is milder than the Mohotte Ghost. So if you want something with a bit more kick, Mohotte Ghost is your style.

A local grocery store in Lebanon, PA sells this sauce, Martin's Roast A Pig is happy to introduce it to our customers. Ask for a free taste test when you pick up your order.

  • Shortly after receiving this Purchase Order one of our Catering Specialists will contact, you by phone to confirm your event details and date. If you agree to the service at that time our specialist will request a credit card payment for 25% of the total order as a deposit for your event. This will include the delivery fee of $2.50 per mile round trip. The remaining balance will be due before the date of the scheduled event.
