Here at Martin’s, we offer a selection of Dry Rubs that enhances the flavor of Pulled pork. Our spice has over 14 ingredients, brown and white sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, mustard powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper, cayenne pepper, sazon, and cinnamon.

All our rubs have the same base. The Smokey we add Mesquite powder, the Fruit we add Apple powder, the Hawaiian we add pineapple and mango powder, the Hot we add ghost pepper powder, the Vinegar we add vinegar powder.

We offer (8) flavors, Basic Rub, Smokey, Fruity, Hawaiian, Hot, Vinegar and a Custom blend with the Smokey and Hawaiian being the best sellers.

the process is started on Wednesday evenings, where we apply oil on the skin and then we apply the Dry Rub, after that we liquify the Rub and inject at over 40 spots. then the pig is placed in a large bag we vacuum which lasts a few hours.

  • Vinegar liquified with vinegar

Shortly after receiving this Purchase Order one of our Catering Specialists will contact, you by phone to confirm your event details and date. If you agree to the service at that time our specialist will request a credit card payment for 25% of the total order as a deposit for your event. This will include the delivery fee of $2.50 per mile round trip. The remaining balance will be due before the date of the scheduled event.
